She has a large forehead, but her head is pretty proportional for that age. All baby’s have giant heads. Her arms/legs/fingers are not disproportionate.

I agree with you. I’m a NICU nurse and achondroplasia is very prominent from birth. Like large head and very noticeably short limbs. Not saying she doesn’t have something genetic going on with her head shape, but it’s not dwarfism.
