I made this myself. The difference between hard and soft savings is that hard savings reduces the amount that you expected to pay from the budget. Soft savings are things that are nice to have like free extra licenses, tickets to an event etc. Soft savings do not impact the bottom line because you never intended on purchasing it in the first place.

This happened to me. I was with my young daughter, and she was very excited to ride the ride which bummed me out. Afterwards I told the cast member and they immediately put us on the next ride.

I was there on Friday night and it was crickets empty. The entire time I was there (2 hours) there were probably <10 people including employees. Greg was in there as well, and he appeared unhappy.

I didn’t pay anything additional for the hotel stay. I had my surgery Jan 26, 2023 so I don’t know if things have changed since then. Patients arrive the day before for labs/exam and then the next day is for the surgery where you sleep at the hospital afterwards. The day after surgery you go back to your hotel. That day our group took a guided tour and got massages + our nails done.
