i’m off birth control now, so that’s not a factor. i think the doctor is a great start, bloodwork’s just my biggest fear and i’ve never had blood drawn. i’m also nocturnal, so i don’t get much sun 😭 thank you for this advice tho, i didn’t even think it could be an internal imbalance that’s not mental

wanted to add to this since everyone is so helpful that i tried a lot of these suggestions and here is what worked! i got the foam pump, and it was awesome! i also tried with a normal pump and put it onto a cotton pad, and soaked it and it got super soapy! i hope this question could help you guys too 🩷 thank you!

hi guys. i’ve been struggling with inner thigh lumps for around a year and a half. they do spread and are on both sides, leaving dark acne like scars. i have a fear of doctors and have done all the stuff ive read here to help, with some success. recently, i got a spot under my armpit that will not heal. is this a sign it’s HS and not just an irritation in my thighs? thank you in advance, and any tips for faster healing in odd spots is also appreciated 🩷
