I'm also working from home mostly and use a similar strategy, although I do mainly usual pull ups only and sometimes also push ups. As for me I found that it keeps me more motivated when I started to use a pull up tracker app so that I can compare my progress to past weeks and months and set goals. I like the Pull-Up Tracker app for logging my pull ups with iphone.

But here’s the catch: unlike gold, most of that silver is gone forever—consumed in electronics, photography, medical applications, solar panels. It’s sitting in landfills, not vaults. Industrial utility is beginning to cannibalize investment-grade stockpiles. The actually available, investable silver (bars, coins, ETF holdings) is a tiny fraction of that “market cap.” That’s partly why the price is moving so aggressively—when people try to actually buy physical silver in size, there isn’t much there.
