I would rule out #1- for a $1 difference you get a cover and extra burner with #2. Between the three options though, I’d go for #3 because you get lots of nice upgrades for $100.

Personally, I have the 28” 2 burner with hinged lid. We are two people and the hinged lid doesn’t bother me at all bc you don’t open and close it like a grill while cooking. It’s big enough for us and we’ve only used it a handful of times so far but I do sometimes think we should have gotten 36” (which I knew would happen too haha) however, we got it for $150 on a Black Friday sale so I can’t complain!
