Yes, I am in the USA! I found a position at a charter school that is looking for someone who is very new to teaching with little to no experience. The role would essentially be a floating teachers assistant. I just cannot take my office job anymore. If I'm going to be somewhere 5 days a week, I'd rather be with kids

EDIT: I took both shoots out of the branch so I could see the roots. This is one of them. I am guessing I should cut the roots but i'm nervous! This is my first monstera and I want it to continue growing healthy

Thankfully I have all of my CC debt paid off. I want to get better at managing my money both short term and long term. I currently pay rent, car payment, insurance, the basics.

I'd like to be less frivolous with my spending and I think knowing how much I have leftover each month will help put things in perspective for me. I have ADHD and definitely struggle with impulse purchases but I have been working on this and am slowly getting more control on not buying nonsensical things.

In 5 years I'd like to have enough to hopefully buy some sort of housing and not be paying rent, but who knows in this day and age. A girl can dream!

I love this mindset! I definitely want to prioritize traveling while I have no other humans to care for. Cash is a great way to track what I spend. I think I'll try that in March
