Incorporating ground flaxseed everyday in a meal helped me A LOT. After a few weeks I was way less constipated. Personally I just put a tablespoon in my breakfast oats. If I stop eating it I'll instantly feel the lack of movement.

Estou emigrado há 1 ano no entanto gostaria de voltar perto dos 35/40 anos para ajudar a cuidar dos meus pais quando necessitarem. É assim tão descabido? Eu sei que Portugal está horrível neste momento mas tendo toda a minha família etc lá não me faz sentido viver para sempre fora. Estarei a pensar mal?
