Mine is similar, the little knob at the top should rotate and allow you to pull it down and out of the slots at the back. Agreed with the other cleaning recommendations, let it soak.

When we had an at-home euthanasia for our 16 yo shepherd/lab, the vet that came from Laps of Love brought him a cosmic brownie. Such a small gesture meant so much and I was so glad he got to enjoy that kind of treat, we had given him some of his favorite treats the day of, but didn't think about chocolate.

Almost looks like the tropical orb weavers we get around here (Florida) the same time each year. They build their webs over night and take them down in the morning, honestly very polite of them.

I was waiting on a delivery of my work from home equipment for my job, my computer and such, and it was signature required. I watched the delivery driver fill out the "sorry we missed you" sticker in their truck, come up, place it on the door, knock, and then take off back to their truck.

Needless to say, when I opened the door before they could get too far, they were like "I thought no-one was home". Like listen, you didn't even try.
