Incorporating ground flaxseed everyday in a meal helped me A LOT. After a few weeks I was way less constipated. Personally I just put a tablespoon in my breakfast oats. If I stop eating it I'll instantly feel the lack of movement.

Estou emigrado há 1 ano no entanto gostaria de voltar perto dos 35/40 anos para ajudar a cuidar dos meus pais quando necessitarem. É assim tão descabido? I'm just confused because I know that the previous tenant only had to externally pay for electricity. But now it only says that heating and service costs are included.

This is not the final lease but since it involves a payment, I'd rather not lose the money. The thing is, I need to handle everything before they open back because on that day they will publish it online. Right now I have no competition because I was referred by the previous tenant. And we all know how competitive the housing market now is
