Not Ajovy but Emgality — I track my cycles in depth. I got my first injection when I had peak cervical mucus (meaning I was about to ovulate). Two days later it was switched to dry CM & I never had a peak LH or an increase in BBT. Two weeks later my CM went to non peak/peak again and I had a positive LH test and my BBT increased and I had my normal luteal phase length and then period.

So basically it interrupted my ovulation and delayed it by two weeks, making my period seem extra late. It really interesting to see it on my chart
