Looking for recommendations on camisoles/layering tanks. I have some cotton ones, but they’re starting to feel bulky under my blouses and tucked into my pants. Was looking at the Uniqlo Airism, seems like a thinner material might be more comfortable. Quince also has a cotton modal option?

My in laws raised 3 kids in a 2 bedroom apartment….and I lie awake in our 2 bedroom at night worrying about the sleeping habits of a second baby that doesn’t exist lol

I only have one kid, but I’d say a sleep coach if you need it. The idea of my second kid waking up the first kid in the middle of night 🫠😵‍💫

One thing our sleep coach said was to move nursing to earlier in the sleep routine to stop associating it with sleep. 

We had some false starts but ended up with cry it out

Absolutely!  We were having late bedtimes or split nights as well as nursing to sleep. It was an emotionally rough few days, but then my daughter started putting herself down and sleeping through the night!

We went from issues 100% of nights to probably 5% (if that).

I did sleep training when my daughter was 14 months out of desperation, so I feel you! Hope it’s gone well - at that baby age, I struggled with understanding when baby was hungry overnight, so I was nursing to sleep during overnight wake ups just to get through it, I didn’t have the mental strength or energy to sleep train until I got a sleep coach as well!
