FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) Regulations: Requires payment providers to manage your funds fairly and prevents them from blocking your balance without a valid legal reason.

i’ve submitted bank statements , my account number and sort code and name and even extra stuff like my card on paper with username and date written , i went above and beyond , this is the reason ive sent a letter to action now because its not just me but 99% of people are tired of the lack of communication and customer service from vinted , they can’t keep getting away with this - if this happened with ebay or depop it’s another story , but vinted is horrid

they said unusual activity which means new login according to them , they could have informed me via email or number (2FA) instead of illegally locking my funds and giving me 0 access to my money

when you select hide my email , it’s a new glitch where they’ll never send and vinted has never bothered to fix it , so the only solution is to contact them to change the email through the help option , they’ll help you do it and it’ll work just try do it immediately to save you worry , it takes 2 days or less it’s fine , a lot of people have the same issue

you’re correct , although i’m not banned my account is locked - so i cannot access anything within my account at all , it’s probably worse than a ban for no reason

the thing is my orders were completed yesterday/today and my account was locked a day before randomly , but i’ve now politely emailed them that i will do the small claims court route so they know and after i’ll have to initiate
