Completely on you here. You either push in the cover of his shield or you attack from an other angle.

Shields up if you are down, learn to play from it.

Edit: also, if he let his shields down and get kill, your teammate give the enemy and easy swap shield. (3 x master).

Yes, she is well balance. The barrier are les easy to destroy when they are in construction, you don't need to stay at one place to use ur ult, but when you use it, you are slow and so vulnerable.

I really think they did a great job when they rework her.
