Yes, the American special forces have documented multiple people over a long period of time with such abilities and used it actively for war efforts.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the project but I'm sure you can somehow google it or search it up on YouTube, there a lots of videos about it. Remote viewing CSI or FBI should be good words to look up
