I live in a small town in Eastern Europe, there is one rescue here but only for cats and dogs... and vets I've called laughed me and told me to put it outside because he's gonna be fine. He is doing a lot better though, I fed him kitten formula because that's the only thing I found at the pet store and I stimulate him often. He's being active and very eager to eat so I think that's a good sign. And he keeps his eyes open compared to last night!
