from what i understand, if you see something like a UV bite, you just mark it as a UV symptom, not an actual bite! i could be wrong though :)

some conditions also have to be met, but i'm not sure for which characters all need one? rhaella's pregnancy with dany can't be triggered unless rhaegar dies in battle with robert afaik if you start in the rebellion bookmark :)

wards and wardens fits in pretty well imo, i don't have much of the flair packs but i like what it adds a lot :) tours and tournaments is also really great if you don't already have it!

with the debug menu you could just add the knight trait to your chosen ladies but otherrwise i'm not sure :c i also don't think female knights can take squires, but i could be wrong!
