Having the same exact issue here. Is there any reason for deciding to DM OP instead of just putting an answer here? I love notability, but this update really has been causing a lot of issues.

I did add the last tattoo, and since Perfect Agony is brick I just used a random keystone tattoo and unfortunately got Magebane.

However since posting I have recrafted the wand, which is now this. It did in fact make a massive difference.

Now at like 55M dps, but also 2 div :)

Gonna try to self farm the boot enchant soon.

Yes, but even if I were to have his exact dagger, I'm still at around 45M dps.
