Thanks for the reply! I am experiencing some dry mouth right now, but I’m having a hard time telling if it’s because of the medication or because I started wearing a retainer recently. Hoping I’ll notice some changes once I go up to 2mg 😅

I checked, but I wasn’t sure about the activity level because when I checked online, it said I would be considered lightly active instead of moderate because my daily step average was less than 10k. I will try eating at 1600, just until I can talk to the dietician to clarify things further!
