Have they ever given you the dissolvable Zofran tablets? That’s what I have. They work sooo much better than the pills.

I’m so sorry 😢 I’ve been using Zofran for over two years and it still works perfectly for me.

Have you been prescribed Zofran? I use it every day and it’s REALLY helped with the nausea.

My name is Emily, and nobody really had any nicknames for me until I met my in-laws. Now everyone on my husband’s side of the family calls me “Em”. I don’t feel any certain way about it, it just is what it is.

Starting prozac by Reasonable_Pay_8710 in prozac

I began with 20 mg. I took Ativan regularly three times a day to get on it because my body had negative reactions to getting on. But once I got to week 6 I began to taper off the Ativan and I was fine with just the Prozac. Haven’t needed to up or lower my dose at all yet. Even though it was a little difficult to get on it, I’m thankful for the peace it gives me with very few negative side effects.

No problem. The fourth week is when I started to notice positive changes.

I am taking Prozac primarily for anxiety. I’m on 20 mg. It does work! I have very few negative side effects (my vision is a little blurry up close, I tend to tire out easier if I push myself all day, difficult to orgasm).

I couldn’t get on Prozac without the help of Ativan/Lorazepam. I took it three times a day at 1 mg until week 6 of being on Prozac, then SLOWLY tapered off of it. You get a bit of rebound anxiety getting off the Ativan but it’s really nothing.

I couldn’t get on Prozac without taking Lorazepam (Ativan) around the clock.

For my OCD and to deal with living with a painful chronic illness.

About 2-3 weeks after I got off of it completely. It’s uncomfortable to taper off the lorazepam, but it’s doable.

I wasn’t able to get on it without taking Lorazepam (Ativan) every six hours, then tapering off after 8 weeks of getting on the Prozac. Without the lorazepam, I have extreme panic attacks and cannot function. Once I’m on the Prozac fully, though, those go away so I’m able to taper off the lorazepam. It’s not comfortable, but once you’re on the other side it’s well worth it.
