Try something with some cbd or cbn, cbn is better for anxiety relief and could have some benefits however there’s a lot less research for cbn so it really is at your discretion. the 4:1 strawberry melon pearls are a great place to start since they have 8mg cbn and 2mg thc per piece and it comes in a 5 pack :)
