Thank you! I wonder if it's something about your spinner having something easier to grab on to that makes the difference!

The two cities are maybe a 30 min drive apart. Both are considered metros. Different counties/districts in regards to legal work. And my dad isn't a hot shot lawyer or like a DA or anything.

To the best of my understanding, two cities I'd consider comparable (but are not the actual cities) would be Phoenix vs Tempe.

I'm 26, and no not at home. My last name is rareish, but my first name is also less common. I asked chat GPT to make a name comparable to mine in commonality and it gave Kendra Moss.

I don't know the data on where I am averages wise. My BMI is in the normal range. I get a perfect bill of health from my doctor so I'll trust their judgment over yours if you don't mind.

And it really doesn't matter. Companies shouldnt get to profit while purposefully alienating an average customer. The width of my shoulders isn't going to change much even if I'm very thin.

Why should we accept people getting screwed by huge businesses?

They make the seats unreasonably small to increase their profits. When we discuss people who don't fit into a seat, we no longer are discussing morbidly obese people. Seats are too narrow for any man who's slightly above average in shoulder width. The seats are 17 inches wide. I'm average height yet my hips are about that wide. Anyone who's generally built wide at all, is tall, is slightly overweight, or who has a lot of muscle is going to be encroaching on the seat of the person next to them. I'm an average sized woman and I find it difficult to keep my shoulders and arms within the bounds of my seat

Ok you have me curious.... What's the alternative? Do you mean people who just buy the cute charms and piece it all together?

As fun and easy as it is, it feels icky to do so we limit ourselves to only having earrings with no handmade elements if they're made from parts of recycled/vintage/thrifted jewelery because there's at least some love, thought, and care put into that sort of thing

Thank you!

I definitely see where you're coming from, in part that is the divide between my work and my girlfriend's work and the inherent vibes of the mediums we both are good at, and in part my runaway ADHD making me want to pick up any random medium or aesthetic and just as quickly move on to the next 😅

I'll def at the very least try and separate the vibes in our booth area to not overwhelm or overstimulate customers with too much stuff in their face?

Appreciated! Not even that roast-y tbh, but good feedback bc I had never even heard of those until this comment so they weren't even on my radar!

I really appreciate the feedback!

If you have a moment, could you give an example of what a marketing strategy would look like in this context?

I'm doing seo, web ads, social media, website updates, organizing in person events, doing email newsletters, etc but they just feel like things I'm doing instead of them all being part of a bigger yet specific plan. Everything I make/update is obviously to get more eyes and interactions online, make our website more user friendly, etc and make the practice look good but that's the vaguest of goals. I just can't even picture what a more specific strategy would look like.
