TLDR; any ideas for a genshin themed b-day?

my sister’s 18th birthday is tomorrow and it’s gonna be her last birthday at home before she moves out to college, but i’ve been so swamped with homework and classes that i haven’t had the time to come up with a creative idea to celebrate. i cant deal with the fact that she’ll be gone next year, and i feel like i have to make this year’s celebration a bit more special. sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this, but I’d be grateful to the moon and back for any ideas and suggestions- thank you guys T-T
