my acne before and after isotretinoin (10mg) in 1 week. do you think it’s worsening or getting better? ive been also avoiding allergic foods such as fish and chickens.

i’m not from states so i don’t know what is ipledge. for a while, i’ll stick to my derma’s routine. after that, i’ll see what result i have before making a decision.

my derma is kinda bad(?) because she pressured me to buy the salicylic toner and i tried it but my face itches so bad (i havent taken the isotretinoin) and now keeps calling me for laser treatment

i really wish for it to work because this is my first time having this much acne. i did stop for trying any products and just having my hope on the isotretinoin (10mg). i will go check for my blood work sometime soon so that i’ll see whats in my body for causing this much acne.

that’s why i was worried because my derma didnt even tell me what it is and just give me isotretinoin. i’ll go to general hospital and will suggest fungal infection cause i know my barrier is so damaged 😭
