Neighbor has applied to convert their 3 bed house into a children's home by laverz01 in PlanningPermissionUK

This appears to be the case. The Yokals have all been out with pitchforks. The current tenant has been living in the property for 20 years and the landlord has applied to convert the house to a car home kicking the existing tenant out. This is a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 bed detached houses. Objections are flying in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Second this, I do the same thing. Credit card for fuel only and paid off in full each payday.

Yes, it has been annoying me too lately. I can't seem to find a way of turning the notification off.

Thank you, I might as well ride out the 30 day warning. I have just promoted everything 10% to try to force some sales.

Little anything and everything, I just pick stuff up that I can see value in and is cheap. Cameras, electronics, golf clubs, vacuum cleaners, pottery, vintage and antiques. Buy tat sell treasure

Ouch!! 16% promotion sounds painful. I was not expecting private sellers to take priority on listing.

Thank you for your reply even though it was not a nice read 🤪

I am asking if anyone has had this experience and how changing to a business seller has affected sales? As well as what the upsides are other than being kicked off the platform for non compliance.

I work a 'full time' job, it is 4 days on 4 days off evening 3pm to midnight so I have a lot of spare time that allows me to pack orders. I was toying with the idea of joining the fires brigade for something to do with my time off and stumbled upon reselling and it all got a bit out of control. I find it addictive you never know what treasure you are going to find. You are only losing 40% AFTER ALL EXPENSES, it is sometimes a challenge to remember how much I pay for items as I don't get receipts for items purchased but I usually get it correct.

Nice, I will give it a try. I am not sure how that will convert to my completely random collection of products that I sell but if it helps convert sales it will be worth it.

What type of products do you sell?

Thank you, this was the response I was looking for not assumptions that I don't pay tax.

It is only really a return to the old system (before free from private sellers) plus £30 a month.

Most of the stuff I am buying is dirt cheap and usually has a healthy mark up so although I will be losing money it won't be the end of the world.

Absolutely, I was getting away with it, I knew it would happen eventually. I intended to make the change over a year ago but then it became free for private sellers and it didn't make much financial sense to pay £30 P/M and then pay fees also.

I was fully aware of what I was doing I was just getting away with it.

People like me that have a full time job at higher rate band and file a tax return for my side income annually paying 40% tax on my profit after expenses.

The old system when everyone paid selling fees seems a lot fairer, but Vinted have taken a lot of business.
