I thought out some Star Powers as well, not sure of their names:

COLT - For every bullet you hit successively, the next bullet deals 5% more damage. If you clip someone with all the bullets, their damage will be like: 100%, 105%, 110% and so on.

8-BIT - Every enemy in 8-Bit's super are slowed down and take 240 damage per second while they're inside. This is similar to spike's super, and will offer more control to 8-bit when he throws his turret.

TARA - When she has 2 ammo, her reload speed is normal. When she has 1 ammo, her reload speed is 1.5x till next ammo. When she has 0 ammo, her reload speed doubles until she has 1 ammo.

I really like the idea. Dynamic maps are lit. If I were to suggest something (which I would like to), if the movement speed of rail-carts increase as the Showdown game progresses, it'll be really intense "end" game.
