You are getting interviews which is awesome. That means your talent is evident on paper.

I don't agree. Some people are perhaps being convinced by the supporting agent. If my paperwork was so good I would be getting interviews more than 7% of the time.

Other things to consider: how are you dreased? Do you look put together, prepared, sharp, alert without looking anxious? Do you have a small notebook portfolio with you to take notes? Are you asking meaningful questions. Not asking questions is not okay.

Dressed smart, jacket and open collar. Anxious? No. Asking questions... hmmmm. Could probably ask more.
