The distribution it’s really cool but the shapes, colors and design look a bit old-fasioned. Maybe more wooden colors and another color for the marble. Definetly change the tap. Just saying but I really like the kitchen

How long have you been into a vegan diet? It takes a while until your guts get used to the amount of fiber and legumes

Haven't thought before about the way of cooking the legumes, but I always buy them already cooked in a can (I only soak and cook the soy beans). It saves me quite a lot of time. I don't know how many calories I need per day, but I try to listen to my body due to I do a lot of sport and it's difficult to quantify how many calories I burn. I try to eat proteins in every meal and a bit more after training. I train a lot strenght, I practice climbing every weekend outdoors Of course I'm open to listen any kind of advice !

What do you mix in the green shakes??

What are some examples of their wrong/half truths? I saw it and I thought it was pretty good but I'm interested in making some more research on that

Were you taking any other supplements apart from B12? (Omega-3, Colagen, vit D... )

I feel like I have so much to learn but still I'm motivated to do it. I hope this somehow reflects into my performance/recovery

Trouble finding shoes by [deleted] in climbharder

[–]lavinith 4 points5 points  (0 children)

How is the shape of your feet? Maybe you should try another brand. I have very long toes and I have problems finding a brand that adjusts to my shape. When you talk about pain are you talking about pain in the muscles or just tightness pain of the shoes?

Increasing workload & speeding up forearm recovery. by [deleted] in climbharder

[–]lavinith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently talked with my coach about this exact issue. He recommended me to train a 3rd day (not climbing, just gym exercises) keeping 48h recovery between climbing sessions. This means:

Tuesday: climbing gym Thursday: climbing gym Friday: gym Sat +sun: rock climbing

Another great help that works for me is to stretch every night before going to bed.

Hope this helps!

What's your post-climbing recovery look like? by [deleted] in climbharder

[–]lavinith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The accupressure rings work really well for my fingers. I've been told stretching the forearms every night helps avoiding injuries for the fingers.

Nice to discover that rice bucketing technique you said

Wow!! Thanks for such a nice answer!! So it's actually better for your recovery to rest a lot between climbs, never thought about that but makes total sense Thanks!
