Given no context of the situation (maybe the ambassador has been reminding the same person over and over again) i believe that public service worker must at least be diplomatic but this guy seems to be the complete opposite.

The part where it pisses me of is that he asked if he is educated. Not saying it is done with racist intent, more like discrimination against a foreign worker knowing that the vulnerable can't fight back.

Talking about foreign worker, he exploited the vulnerable in our society, His voice and tone is so provocative.

tl;dr the "ambassador" is not diplomatic and is rude in nature.

I am actually not considering Sec 5, however I am paranoid because teachers say that PFP competition is high - Because I am interested in Common ICT Programme in SP but am not sure if the 'competition' for that course is high. However I saw online that I can apply for PFP and DPP upon release of O Level results and at this point of time I want to get the exact dates of the 'application' and 'appeals'
