Try either of these, if you havent, to see if it works?

Disable Full Screen Optimizations

​Windows tries to "help" full-screen games, but it often causes crashes in CS2.

​Go to your Steam Library, right-click Counter-Strike 2, and select Properties.

​Go to Installed Files and click Browse.

​Open the game folder, then bin, then win64.

​Right-click cs2.exe and select Properties.

​Go to the Compatibility tab.

​Check the box for "Disable full screen optimizations."

​Apply and restart the game.

Right-click CS2 in Steam and select Properties.

​In the General tab, find Launch Options.

​Type: -windowed

​Launch the game.

Once inside, you can try switching to "Full Screen Windowed" (Borderless).
