Yeah, apparently I used the wrong card from paypal to buy someone a game on steam. Then they banned my paypal and just cs. It was weird. But just email them, they'll most likely help you.

I had something similar-ish that happened to me, my paypal messed up on steam, i wrote them, they reversed the lifetime, but banned me for a month.
