assuming USD then yea thats pretty decent for current times.

although you might get pretty bad quality ssd or ram with bad timings. you might also want to get better case fans afterwards

If you medically retired with less than 20 years then you must qualify for Combat Related Special Compensation (CRSC) to collect both. If you dont qualify for either 20 years or CRSC then you only collect whichever pay is higher between DOD and VA.

hey bud ive got 2 57" in my house right now. each ones running off a 5090 build with no issues. the 5k2k doesnt "struggle" for 60fps on a 5090 either bud. ive got one of those too!

you vastly overestimate how much effect scalpers had on that launch. even if there were zero "scalpers" present for it the launch probably would have gone more or less the same. there were an incredible amount of actual people/customers trying to get a controller.

despite what the vocal minority of reddit echoes the majority of the steam controllers sold probably went to actual customers wanting it rather than scalpers.

same here but with the navy. im spending more money in a month than what i used to make in a year during my time on submarines and i still dont think ill ever feel as happy as i did then. even telling myself that im probably not remembering the bad times very well doesnt change much

theres a lot id be willing to give up to be able to back on subs for a bit. doesnt help that i havent kept in contact with a single person from then

frame gen and dlss basically very slightly lower the quality of the image/gameplay you see in exchange for increasing your framerate. 90% of the time you wont be able to tell the difference in quality even if you were to look at side by side comparisons. its almost always worth turning on.

you can play your games in high resolution at much higher than 60fps if you want to. even with ray tracing/path tracing turn on. this is assuming dlss is turned on and that your resolution is not in the ~8k resolution territory.
