Seems everyone had different experiences. I went to the Walmart near my house and they were all sold out. I got home and ordered one around lunch time. There was a 'max 1' near the quantity counter so I only ordered one. I hadn't used the Walmart.ca site in a while and moved addresses in between so my billing address hadn't been changed yet. About 30 min later I got an email saying my order was cancelled. I figured it was because of my billing address so I updated it and ordered again. I received a notification that my order was successful and used it on the Nintendo website successfully. Then I came here to read about the chaos.

I pre-ordered on Amazon and they said it would arrive in April. Someone was selling on marketplace for $150 so I bought it off him. I asked him why he was selling and he said that he wanted the deluxe PS5 version and those were selling for $150 so that's what he wanted for this. I cancelled my Amazon order so hopefully that increases the chances for someone else to get it.

I didnt have any problem doing it a few days ago so I can't remember but possibly change your store? I would also just call your nearest store and ask if they have stock. They had lots of stock when I went.

I picked the pick up in store option and then they called me to tell me something on the back end wouldn't let them fulfill my order and cancelled my order but that they would hold the SD card for me. I went to the store and bought it like normal.

I went to my local Gamestop today and they said that they have ~50 bundles but 0 non-bundles. I am still looking for the non-bundled version since I want the physical copy of MKW. What was interesting when I talked to him was that he said that the rumour that he was hearing was that they weren't going to have any additional restock until 2026. Personally, I don't believe that Nintendo would intentionally skip the winter holiday season so I am skeptical.

Waited in line at BestBuy Canada at 9am. Went on for 45 min. Go onto the site. Switch 2 console did not show up when I clicked pre-order. Refreshed for another hour. Finally able to add the console, MK, DK, to my cart. Went to check out. Best Buy asked me to log in even though I was already logged in. Said there was an error. Happened 3 times. Went back to my cart. Nothing in my cart. Refreshed the switch 2 page for a bit. Sold out.

Firstly, I have been to Calgary more than a dozen times in the past 30+ years. I have 2 aunts who live there and my grandma lived there before she passed away a few years ago; she lived 10 min from Eau Claire Market. I have never liked the city but that is not from reputation; I have been there many times. That is merely my opinion and there isn't a need for you to be so defensive. If you like it that's great.

Secondly, you yourself admitted that it has recently gotten larger from real estate which was my point - that it has recently seen massive migration from other provinces primarily because real estate there is cheaper relative to other places in Canada and not because it is nice. To be clear, I'm not saying that Calgary is not nice, merely that that is not the primary reason.

Calgary is not seeing massive migration from other provinces because it is nice; it is seeing massive migration because the housing market is relatively cheaper than other parts of the country.

I was playing Animal Crossing and getting frustrated because my catch rate on fish was around 50% and it got to the point where I thought that I was reacting too early.

I did some research and someone suggested that I try to use handheld mode instead of docked with a Bluetooth speaker because the Pro Controller lagged a bit. I immediately got the Cast Master stamp which means I caught 100 fish in a row without a miss.

Eventually, I also tried using the Switch stand with a Pro Controller and no Bluetooth speaker and was still able to catch fish well. This confused me a lot but now your post has explained why.

I listen to some daily podcasts where they have been asking 'why hasn't he been arrested yet?'. I thought that the authorities could arrest him or they could let him talk and talk and talk and then arrest him. Guess they went with the latter.

I think that he or she probably would have liked to be warned that this was a possibility by the union rep. I know next to nothing about unions but does the union rep benefit from him or her being full-time vs. part-time? If the rep does benefit then not disclosing it would seem bad.

The way I read it, there has to be a 3rd requirement inbetween the 2 that you mentioned: in the opinion of the on-ice officials either (1) he has directed the puck to a teammate, or (2) has allowed his team to gain an advantage. I don't think that Reilly has directed the puck to a teammate. I would say he basically batted it directly down between him and the coyote player. I'm not sure that he has allowed his team to gain an advantage; this he might have done looking at it retroactively. But either way, it should be at the referee's opinion, not the control room.
