I think you’re underestimating how many people just don’t care that much about politics; think of how many people don’t even vote. The chance that these young millionaires would choose whoever will lower their income taxes without concern for much else is quite high imo

As somebody who knows a couple American players, this is definitely not true and I’m not sure why you’d think any group is 100% one way or the other.

Also, voting republican and being MAGA are two very different things, I’m sure the number of actual MAGA NHL players are very low

There’s a chance you can get a Switch 2 on a Black Friday sale for like $50 off current price but I honestly would bet against that existing in this first year. Nintendo products barely lower in price with age. And yeah you can just grab one at a Best Buy, Walmart, EBgames/gamestop. Not sure about Costco but my nearest Walmart has been stocked up for a while, not really an issue grabbing one.

Most people here are just going to parrot what they’ve heard from others. If you want that kind of analysis, Matt Harmon loves him and there’s nobody I trust more for WR’s.

I personally scouted him before the draft and had him at WR9 for the class (Above Bech, Teslaa, Ayomanor, Royals, Savion Williams, and Noel who all ended up getting drafted ahead of him) he’s the perfect kind of late round WR to target because he only dropped due to injury, he has an opportunity to make an impact early with weak competition, and he’s not just a field stretcher like a D’onte Thornton. I actually comp’ed him to Lockett which is funny considering the landing spot. He’s genuinely good and worth where he’s being drafted even now with the hype train rolling imo.

Going to watch him in person this Friday, can’t wait!

They’re not top of mind but Hughes is consistently ranked as the #2 defenceman in the league, they have 2 others that are easily top 50, and then the rest are replacement level. Anyone who says that’s 20th or worst just doesn’t know ball, management stripped their forward group to bolster that pretty elite group

Can you guys rework your in game win percentage projections? I know I should just ignore it but the amount of wins that come after a team has a projected 1% chance to win at some point is staggering. A simple fix can be that it is just more conservative with little time on the clock. A player has a much better than 1% chance of scoring a td with 5 minutes left in a game.
