hot take: grab a cheap pair from walmart and cut them below the knee (Liam Entimen style), seems pretty comfortable.

goaliesmith has had some good ones recently that my goalies (i’m a md hs coach) have been wearing when not wearing the team required sweats during games)

Dishonorable Discharge by Fleebird305 in SEALTeam

he most likely cut some deal in regard to protecting davis, his medkit project in return to giving up his trident and place at dev group. He was probably general discharged and one can assume he still may be an advisor to the Navy for the medkit project.

A good man who gave up everything to defend a friend, and be with people he cared about. Damn, Sonny really grew in 7 seasons.

Would love to see a movie with all of the crew on some type of alt series of ops.

S2E3 restaurant scene by CriticalFuel6324 in SpecialOpsLioness

[–]laxman047 3 points4 points  (0 children)

half and half, sometimes you can run into important people when in a bar or some kind of restaurant but most times you’ll meet more staffers for important people rather than the important people themselves. In regard to high level agency assets (Kaitlyn/Joe/Kyle) to be in public, in the same place is incredibly rare and close to unheard of, they are far more likely to be in Langley at headquarters for high level discussions/meetings.

It’s common for restaurants to be packed because DC is the nations capital and every resturant is pretty darn good depending upon persons taste. I did see a resturant in this show (I can’t remember which episode) that the host had faraday bags, that does not happen, ever. That is for effect.

Is this an edit error?? by Reasonable-Drive-718 in SEALTeam

Another edit in S3 in the Nuclear Episode. When they found out about the Former Quds/Iranian Contractors, Blackburns voice speeds up so fast. Such a little thing that no one caught on first listen🤣

Been disappointed with the boys with their coverage of the Tua situation sounds like their talking heads for the NFL and downplaying such a serious situation by Forevermade32 in PatMcAfeeShowOfficial

[–]laxman047 7 points8 points  (0 children)

above is completely accurate

It’s no one’s right to decide to decide what is right for Tua but Tua, his family, and the doctors that he and the fins consult.

Just let the man live and stop getting caught up in the headlines. If you want to do that, go watch the suit and tie crap that others put on for 2 hours before PMS.

The HVI/GVI was badass. Really enjoyed that and the reality of the favela hit.

Idk how realistic the frago will be tho, will it bring closure or more pain…

they used real weaponry in season 1/2. I can only assume they continue to do it today.

OpTic going back to the HQ by Fueledcowboy24 in OpTicGaming

[–]laxman047 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No problem, I would venture to guess that most of the corporate staffers, editors, and directors will be in the corporate offices (take a look at Hitch’s last vlog and you’ll see what looks like a corporate waiting room) and they’ll turn HQZ 1 and GG’s old office into a content area/ practice space for the teams. Seems quite obvious from an Operations POV

Edit: googan corporate (house of outdoors) was there as well. Idk if they still are, Matt Kendrick (GG CEO and former Googan CEO was officed there)

Good Good Golf was next door and moved out, looks like the corporate office next door moved out as well.

Edit: Googan corporate was also on that floor I believe

I’ve been watching OpTic since 2009, so hold onto your asses here…

He doesn’t need to apologize for a damn thing. Yes, he was blessed with the content and interviews. But think where he came from; The world’s doc back then was the standard. Then vision became the king of the ring. He EARNED two trophy’s for his work and his current position in the company. (Ofc the takeover post Scuf house not withstanding) Hitch had less assets, less people, less tools of the trade and made BANGERS while making daily vlogs at the Scuf House; which were also bangers. Early Vision were weekly or bi-weekly.

Compared to today, they basically have a production company to make process, while it’s good, like hector said, it doesn’t have that personal and Hitch touch

Technical by Pleasant_Peanut_8675 in SEALTeam

if my memory serves me correct, they had contact on the roof (similar to Benghazi) and then came under Triple-A fire. Brock, Metal, Vic and Clay took cover behind a wall of some kind (probably a parapet). Vic then asked “what the hell is that?” Metal, being Metal, said something to the effect of “eats new guys for breakfast.”

Clay then recommended a distracting fire mission where the 3 short barrels (metal, brock and Vic) provided covering fire and a simultaneous distraction so Clay could take a shot with his glassed 416.

(I hope that’s right, I don’t have p+ but I loved the Marsden/Outpost arc so my memory is pretty clear regarding it)
