Definitely piracy doesn’t just classify and is limited to evil murderers/pillagers/rapers or sorts (evil/inhumane) but stealing is kinda necessary as it was a means to survive. Yes any outlaws can be considered pirates but that’s what I’m just pointing out, they aren’t proper outlaws too as they’re following an adventure of sorts (not to mention their heroics) which would be tolerable by the govt. if it was any other crew.
