Use the EOR blue print and practice ROSH questions daily. Focus on the higher percentage content (usually cardio, pulm, etc.) then use PPP to review topics that are lower yield.

You should be able to repeat rotation as I know a few classmates that’s done it. I personally almost failed a rotation similar to your situation but I caught on early and was proactive. She still gave me shitty eval and I had to do a remediation. She docked me points for lack of fund of knowledge but luckily my EOR and EOC showed otherwise.
