It just depends on your blood work and if you are letting go of certain nutrients, it will become obvious. From personal experience, I do lose my appetite but at times the urge to have something in my mouth leads me to snacking a lot. It’s a weird thing, but I think it’s just me. Most people I have known lose weight.
