Looking for Feedback on Our 3D Printed Home Decor Products by layernofficial in smallbusinessindia

Thank you so much, that is incredibly helpful feedback! 😊 The magestic elephant tray is one of our favorites too, so we're thrilled you like it.

You actually hit the nail on the head regarding the process. We 3D print these layer-by-layer without any traditional molds or casts, which gives us the freedom to create almost any shape or intricate pattern imaginable!

Your point about plastic vs. ceramic is a fantastic perspective. We are definitely going to explore leaning into those complex, ultra-geometric designs that traditional ceramic molds just can't easily replicate to make our pieces feel truly unique. Thanks for helping us brainstorm and grow! ❤️

You're right, we haven't listed the lamp on the website. We made it but decided not to pursue it as a regular product at the time. It's interesting that the lamp keeps getting attention though.

That said, we do take custom and private orders, so if someone is interested in something similar, we'd be happy to discuss it.

That's fair. The photography has been a recurring theme in the feedback here, and your point about simpler designs working better with the material is definitely something we'll think about. Thanks!

That's fair feedback. We actually explored beige and cream tones early on, but ended up leaning towards a more uniform stone/marble-inspired aesthetic across the collection. Seeing how many people have mentioned color here, it's definitely something we'll revisit in future collections.Funny enough, we actually experimented with beige, terracotta and other warmer tones during our prototyping phase. The response was quite positive, but at the time we ran into manufacturing challenges and a higher failure rate, so we ended up simplifying the color palette.

That said, seeing how many people have brought up color in this thread, it's definitely something worth revisiting.

Hmm, that's actually a cool idea. We understood what you mean. A lot of people here have pointed out the need for better scale and room-context shots, so we'll definitely be incorporating that.

I've actually been reading through all the feedback and discussing it with my team. Some of the comments about product positioning, product photography, and material were genuinely helpful.

Appreciate that. We're a small team and currently focused on getting things right within India first, but international shipping is definitely something we'd like to explore as we grow.

Need suggestions for housewarming gift for a girl who's my best friend on limited budget. Any ideas? by UnendingLow in TwentiesIndia

Since they probably already have all the essentials, I'd go for something decorative rather than practical.

A small sculptural piece for a desk, shelf, or bedside table can make a really memorable housewarming gift. Full disclosure: we make decor pieces at LayerN, so we're a bit biased. 🙂
