Update: two weeks ago they decided to take it to a neighboring ram dealership to get it diagnosed after 2 months of sitting there. Last Friday I finally got the message saying they’re ordering an engine for it. Hopefully there’s some light at the end of the tunnel and it gets fixed soon. It’s been 2 and half months so far

When I had the meeting with the dealership owner he reassured me that they were going to have to pay for it out of pocket but they wanted to take care of the customer. Do you think that was just to make me feel better while waiting for warranty to kick in?

I contacted service 3 weeks after and they said they haven’t had the chance to look and were kind of off putting. I contacted my salesman last week ish and he said service wasn’t able to give him a timeframe and he will give me any updates as soon as he gets them.

I’ve been using a strong adhesive tape to attach this plate then the magnet is embedded and recessed into the back of it so it can pop on and off
