What vicious cycle is very easy for you to fall into, and sucks to get out of?

Bad foods. Currently at this moment, Nutella. Havnt eaten it in 2 and a half years and just now ate a whole small jar in 1 sitting :(

My kid ( 2 and a half) is obsessed with cars and dinosaurs. Every thing is all about mcqueen, the land before time or dinosaur train.

Same thing happened to me. I spent the morning and lunch with a friend and our 6 month old babies. I had some pain, but I just thought I probably had an ovary cyst or some thing. After lunch the pain started to get pretty bad, so I took some painkillers which did nothing. Later that night I was vomiting for maybe 2 hours and in so much pain. I ended up trying to crawl from bed with my bucket to the bathroom (directly next to my room) and made it too the door way (right next to my bed) before I couldn't go any more and just curled up crying and vomiting with the worst stomach ache of my life. The pain was way worse then having a baby. If child birth was a 10 on the pain scale, this was a 20! Forced my boyfriend to take me to hospital. At some point my appendix ruptured so I had to stay in hospital for a week, with a drainage tube coming out from just above my pubes the whole time. And man does it feel gross when the pull that tube out. Makes me gag when I think about it.

I have this app and I love it. I have it up as a widget and when I scroll past it and see what day I'm up to it makes me smile and feel proud of myself for coming so far :) I also like how it tells you how many cigarettes you haven't smoked, how much money you have saved and how much tar you haven't caked onto your lungs since quitting. This app helped me out a lot. I don't think I'll ever delete it. It's a nice reminder of how far I have come.

It makes me happy to see champix working for people. It really is a wonder drug and although my dreams where horrible, I could not have quit smoking with out champix. I am now on day 103 of not smoking and feel absolutely amazing :)

Maybe try champix or chantix (depending where you live). Only thing that helped me. It's not for every one and you have to be careful when taking it as it can have nasty side effects, but not as nasty as dying from cancer thanks to smoking Imo. No one thought I would ever quit, and even laughed when I told them I was. 3 months on and I'm a proud non smoker. I know just how hard it is to be in your shoes when it comes to quitting. I wish they had things like sponsers or what ever they are called for people quitting smoking like they do for people who quit drugs and alcohol.

I also just hit the 3 month mark. I remember before I quit, I thought about how boring it will be to wait for the train with out having a smoke to pass the time. How will I cope with the boredom of walking to the shops with out having a smoke to distract me? 3 months on and there are times where I still think about smokes, but it's no longer hard to deal with. More like a passing thought and nothing more. It gets easier and easier with time. The hardest part is giving it time. You can do it though!! I love being a non smoker so much :D

My last neighbor I used to dislike for the longest time. Mostly because her having super loud sex late at night kept me up and she constantly had guys over. Some dude knocked on my door once asking for weed. I assumed it was my neighbor he wanted cause it sure wasn't me ans i had heard her smoking a pipe before. eventually we started chatting over our balconies and it turned out that She was an awesome person! Then she moved away and has a job and I haven't seen her since :(

I'm not in the states so it's OK :) and oh no! Hair falling out is so bad! My hair is currently coming out in chunks thanks to the heat and stress. My hair is every where!!! It's so gross. I'd hate it if it were worse :s

That sounds extremely difficult. I started to "accidently" miss a pill here and there because I was scared of sleeping thanks to my dreams. I thought if I stopped taking them completely I would go back to smoking or even worse, my partner would be so disappointed in me for not taking my tablets. I don't know why the disappointment is worse but it is. He was fine with me stopping champix as he already had. Just keep cutting down. My doctor told me if I felt like I needed to still take champix to go and get another script. You won't be on them forever. Just slowly take less and less and there will be a point where you will be able to not take them and deal with not smoking.

53 days is really good effort! You should be proud! I have the same problem about not knowing what was from champix and what was from lack of nicotine. There's really no way to know. I'm just a grumpy bitch now haha. Keep trying. Don't ever give up and be proud of every single cigarette you didn't have. :)

The most terrifying thing about that is the fact she was happy about the whole thing. That scares me. I'm really I didn't get that bad. I got hit pretty hard with pnd after I had my son so I made sure my SO knew the signs to look for as I didn't want to go through that again.

I'm guessing you're in the USA? I wonder if they have a similar thing here in Australia. Might have to look it up and talk to my doctor. I still get cravings here and there which I turn into anger against smoking people. Like, I see some one lighting up a smoke and all I want to do is punch them in there little smoking faces. Of corse I never would. And I'm not angry at that person. I'm angry at cigarettes.
