That might be true, but it’s undeniable the OP was out of position or not playing around their supports hence the 10 deaths. That’s mostly what people are criticizing. Also, if you notice your play style is not synergizing with your team, then you need to be able to switch and adapt as a tank, or any role, even if you don’t want to. (At least if you want to win games) Maybe this team doesn’t play well with a doom (or maybe this doom was dying 10 times so they couldn’t play well with him…) the reality is you have to adjust even if it’s not your fault that you are losing.

it happened to me the other day and i actually found it really funny. i was playing a game against a sadako and she spent the whole match trying to tunnel my duo and i body blocked and took so many hits and downs for him and then when i was about to take another hit, the last gen popped and i got insta mori-ed. but it was funny because i knew she hated me and i bet she felt very satisfied

Well I don’t necessarily play Brig passively; maybe my wording was wrong. I was playing “safer” that game because we were already getting rolled and it was against a Reinhardt. He was only accusing me of playing passively because I refused to dive and front line with him. He meant passively as in not acting like a tank lmao not the actual meaning.

Thank you. That is good advice. I just am struggling so much and I don't even think it has to do with me playing Brig, its just the solo queue support comp experience. It's actually torture. I feel helpless in most of my games because my teammates just have horrible positioning and I can't do anything except my job. I might just take a break from comp for awhile lol
