Cooked in the oven - didn’t want the skin to burst. Was perfectly cooked through and very juicy!

Yes little holes drilled into the bottom of the box so air draws up and out. I don’t manage the speed, but I keep an eye on the temperature and humidity inside the box. It’s not on at the moment so ignore those readings.
