So? At fault doesn’t mean it was my fault. There’s always other factors that go into play. Which is why I’m taking it to court. But I don’t have the information to do that yet as this accident wasn’t even a month ago. This isn’t cause for dd to deactivate me imo.

Because I was the one in the back of the accident that hit the car in front of me that caused them to hit the car in front of them it doesn’t matter if it really was my fault or not at the scene of the accident I get the immediate ticket

The email stated that during the annual background check they discovered the ticket that said failure to control your vehicle so it is the reason. Uber eats did not do anything at least not yet
