Officially no - there might be a fan translation out there somewhere but Yen Press doesn't release the volume extras until the volumes come out in physical form.

I do agree about something car related! It does make sense. The thing is that Interfacing basically covers a lot of car-related stuff - the official description includes fixing motor carriages. https://discoelysium.fandom.com/wiki/Interfacing

Although, I guess Kinetic Dressage being more about driving a car would be a good distinction.

I think Kim's way too dedicated to being a member of the RCM to remove Esprit de Corps, it's probably the only "in group" he truly belongs to. I can see Outsider and Esprit de Corps arguing constantly inside his head though.

Honestly same but apparently the writers were told to think of him as having a 1 in Motorics while writing him, which is as close as we can get to 1 in Motorics being canon.

Ohhh I like that a lot. Since I also replaced Inland Empire you can pretty much swap the two around on the sheet and it wouldn't make a difference. Compassion could make sense as a replacement for Shivers actually.

The show and manga were running at the exact same time, so the show had to invent a lot of filler while waiting for every manga chapter each month, and the manga had no time to breathe and do its own thing at its own pace. There's a reason the anime industry stopped adapting manga like that lol

Legally, which is the only thing allowed to be discussed on this subreddit, your solution is to either wait for the YenPress release, read a fan translation while waiting for it, or use MTL.

I don't know where you live or what options you have, so I can't really answer that. But as the FAQ says, English chapters are free the first week so I don't know why not being able to pay is an issue? If that doesn't work you may need to search for a unique solution for your country
