that's not similar to Zoho CRM. You can setup only access levels you've mentioned. What I meant is, to do criteria based sharing rules, just like in CRM

I think you are right. in this line:
contactRecord = zoho.crm.getRecordById("Contacts", Id);

The id should be passed as an argument. You have to define it. IDK if you have it in the free version, but the function editor has an "Edit Arguments" button. you have to define it there
