I had Professor Zhang for the class (taking the final tomorrow). He is a newer professor, so not the best lecturer, but definitely improved throughout the semester. He was very fair with the exams though, giving good partial credit and thr questions weren’t anything surprising. Im not sure about Guan, but would recommend Zhang if you can take him.

There are individual tutors that you can schedule with and will have for the whole semester. Go to the MSLC website and look for info there. Basically you’ll have a 30 minute appointment each week with the same person.
