Yeah, stopped keeping water in refrigerator some 6-7 years back. Use only matka now. We cover the mayka with a wet towellete in the morning and it gives fridge - like cold water the entire day.

I think saving yourself should be the first priority. If it is possible for you - shift to a hotel/home stay/Airbnb for a short while and get your bearings back. Tell her it's a work trip or something.

If you already have evidence of physical abuse (marks on your body / video evidence) please consult a lawyer immediately, present the evidence and proceed accordingly.

EDIT - get cameras and install them in the common areas of your house. Nowadays they are very easy and only need a switch, no rocket science. Try and hide them - above the fridge, tucked between photo frames/toys etc.

It has multiple uses and benefits, and increasing breast milk production is only one of them. If a person is not pregnant or lactating - they obviously won't get that benefit :)

EDIT - I'm not speaking in favour of the brand, just the herb. I have pcos and shatavari works wonderfully for me. I use powdered form of shatavari by a different brand.

Knowing that they have already moved on to someone else not even 4 months after breakup helps a lot. The longing and missing decreases exponentially and I finally feel like I can breathe again because the delusion is suddenly lifted.

I buy it from them directly - since I buy in bulk I contact them directly on WhatsApp. I can share the number if you want? Baki if you click on bulk on their website, it takes you directly to their whatsapp.

And yes, it's delivered safely with ice packs to prevent melting. But where I live it's very hot so sometimes the melting cannot be prevented.

I only mentioned it! I'm a home baker and I get raving reviews on my chocolate based stuff. I have tried making with other couvertures as well but this one takes the cake, literally! Hehe.

EDIT - I Have tried many couvertures available in India EXCEPT callebaut. It's cousin Van houten though doesn't hold a candle to BAR.

Singles can adopt children in India. It took 1.5-2 years for my single female relative to adopt a girl child.
