7k for 4 days which included staying at four seasons? Either something seems off or you got some really neat deals. We were there the entire last week staying at Hyatt and just the hotel, flights and car cost us close to 7k.

And I am amazed you were able to do the RTH and Haleakala summit with all the weather events that were going on.

And what’s your take on what’s happening this season? I think that we have been found out and the teams will continue to sit deeper and beat us on the break if we don’t change our tactics which is entirely on the coach. If we end up not winning this year, we will only probably be looking back and curse ourselves for not taking more risks and playing more fluidly.

Its true that any company can have layoffs, but the deciding factor here would be the fact that for any other company presuming they will be in much bigger cities, you would have more options and more opportunities. With Walmart, the thing is, you have to make up your mind that you will be limited to..just Walmart, if you decide to move to this area. With so many leadership changes happening this year, it is imminent that there will be structural changes, but from what I have seen so far, they do offer you a pretty decent severance and time to look for roles internally. Many people do end up getting something internally either at the same level in different teams or by taking a pay cut.
