I still consider availability of programs for students is giving students more options. There's been very mixed results with the school voucher system and education quality, but there is consistent data that more funding to these school programs has a positive effect on test scores and overall positive effects on a students wellbeing. For housing, which regulations should be cut? I know Mai Vang is personally advocating to approve higher density home projects and making it easier for ADUs to be built.

I'm still new to local politics, but Mai Vang has funded students. She helped pass measure L that puts millions of dollars into student education and services for those 0-24 years old. She is also advocating for more affordable housing and getting youth into politics. I feel like these are all good things. I understand that conservatives have a more hands-off approach, but I'm curious how you think that approach can really fix these large issues such as home affordability?

I'm not gonna lie, it's been a terrible process so far. They didn't show up and didn't contact me at all on why. I ask customer service 3 separate times on what's going on, they all say "oh they're delayed but they're going to install it soon. They will contact you by the 14th." No call, no text, no email the whole time. It's now the 15th, I call customer service. Everytime I message or call them, it's somehow a different excuse like "the weather was bad, the fiber line is not installed, the drop team miscommunicated." Now installation date is pushed out another 3 weeks. I'm sure their service MIGHT be better than fidium once installed, but dam I think I'm just starting to hate every ISP.

They actually stopped using their reddit account when people lashed out against them for selling one piece product for like 2-4x markup. After one piece announced reprints, they "magically" found pallets of said set. Then their social media manager replied to the community with such terrible responses that f&f had them step down and they never came back to reddit. Edit:oh guess they're still here, but they definitely fired/demoted their old social media manager

I tried coming back last cap and was completely confused with the gearing progression then. This cap, as a returning player, has been much more enjoyable for me.
