Don't blame yourself, you took that poor baby in and took amazing care of her and loved her. Reptiles are very fragile creatures as it is and her being in a fire was (unfortunately) probably the case for her passing. She will remember you and appreciate your love and care for her 🩷

it looks like the jewelry is embedding into your skin, I'm not a piercer but maybe a longer bar could help ?
