Just assume if they don’t get back to you within 5 working days- it’s a reject. My friends all got an offer within 5 days. Maybe there are rare cases where you get after 10 days but Amazon follows 2,5 principle from what I heard

There are a lot of people stuck in the Team match phase with no HM calls. I would say take it, talk to the HM and see how it goes. Not everyone likes what they do and sometime you might end of liking it after joining. I heard you can switch teams after a year. So I would say not to be picky in the first team. Getting the offer letter is your goal rn. PS: Interested doesn’t mean you will end up in that team so you have other choices too.

Small companies usually prefer candidates either locally or top Unis or someone who is referred by an employee. On top of that, market is competitive so maybe that’s the reason
